Additional
Power Requirements for Up to Three (3) Mavic 2 PRCS Elites
Each Mavic 2 PRCS Elite fully loaded with 4 batteries and a controller “at peak” uses about 5.5 amps from the 120VAC circuit.
This translates to an average of 660 Watts AC needed for 1, Mavic 2 PRCS Elite charger.
For 2, Mavic 2 PRCS Elite’s from the same source, you will need on average about 1300 Watts AC.
For 3, Mavic 2 PRCS Elite’s from the same source, you will need on average about 2000 Watts AC.
Inverters/generator power sources should be rated between 1.2X and 1.5X the wattage required by the load, i.e. Mavic 2 PRCS Elite charging systems. Note: all our charging systems are designed to be powered from a “modified sine wave” continuous power source – this can save you a lot of money over buying a “pure sine wave “power source.
To power 1 Mavic 2 PRCS Elite we recommend a power source between 750 Watts and 1,000 Watts.
To power 2 Mavic 2 PRCS Elite we recommend a power source between 1500 Watts and 1,750 Watts.
To power 3 Mavic 2 PRCS Elite we recommend a power source between 2200 Watts and 2,500 Watts.
Be sure to use the proper wire size.
